Basic Life Support (BLS) and Defibrillator (Defib) Awareness training provides essential knowledge and skills required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). This course is suitable for individuals or groups who want to learn how to respond to cardiac emergencies confidently. 2-4 hour course depending on other basic life saving skill you would like to cover.
